How can I pay at shogazi?
1. Payment options for online orders
Prepayment by bank transfer:
After placing your order, you have the option of paying by bank transfer. You will receive our account details together with the order confirmation by email following your online order. As soon as we receive your transfer, your order will be processed.

Payment via PayPal:
After selecting PayPal as your payment method, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal after completing your order and can make the payment immediately. This requires a free PayPal account, which must be available at www.paypal.de (before ordering). In your PayPal account, you can choose between the following payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Direct debit,
- giropay (only for buyers in Germany),
- existing PayPal balance or
- Bank Transfer.
We will cover the PayPal fees for you; there are no additional costs for you.
What are the advantages of PayPal?
Since you pay via PayPal immediately after placing your online order, we can process your order immediately without having to wait for payment to be received. PayPal also allows payment by credit card. Please note: If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you must open a PayPal account before choosing to pay via PayPal, otherwise you will not be able to place an order via PayPal. Simply go back one step in the order process, open a new browser window and register for free at PayPal.de. You can use PayPal to specify how your PayPal payment should be made. Done. Then return to our order page and select PayPal as the payment method and follow the order process.
Payment by “Instant transfer”
In principle, any Internet user can use Sofortüberweisung as a payment method if they have an activated online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure. Please note that Sofortüberweisung is not yet available at a few banks. You will need the following access data for Sofortüberweisung:
- Your bank code
- Your account number
- Your login details for your bank
(Direct banking number or account number depending on the bank) - Your PIN number, which you also use at your bank
- Your TAN, which was assigned to you by your bank
We will cover the applicable fees for you; there are no additional costs for you.
How to pay with sofortüberweisung.de:
Immediately after you have pressed the "Submit order" button at the checkout, the transfer process will start and the transfer form will load in a new window. In a pre-filled transfer form (shogazi bank details, transfer amount, order number and customer number as the intended purpose), you only need to enter your bank code, your account number and your name and then confirm the transaction as usual with your PIN and TAN. As soon as we have received the payment confirmation from your bank, your order will be processed and you will receive an order confirmation immediately.
Payment by cash on delivery:
You pay in cash when the goods are delivered. Please note the additional fee (€10). Please note: For goods worth €300 or more, a deposit of 20% must be paid in advance by bank transfer to our account, otherwise the order will not be processed.
2. Payment options when picking up at shogazi in Munich
Cash payment: When you pick up the goods from us in Munich, you are welcome to pay in cash.
Bank direct debit authorization: You can also pay with your EC card by direct debit when you pick up the goods in our store. Your data will be treated as strictly confidential and sent to us encrypted using our “MLU filter”.

Is payment by credit card also possible?
Yes, you can pay by credit card (VISA, Mastercard) via Paypal .
Why is payment by invoice not possible?
We can only guarantee the good price-performance ratio that we offer you if we are 100% sure that our customers will pay. We would have to add any debtor losses due to unpaid invoices to the prices of our items, and these would ultimately fall back on you as the customer. This cannot be in your interest. We therefore ask for your understanding that we are unfortunately unable to offer purchase on account.
How does cash on delivery payments work?
With cash on delivery payments, you can simply pay the amount in cash to the postman/shipping company upon delivery. Please note that with cash on delivery payments, a deposit of 20% is required for goods valued at €300 or more!
The postman or freight forwarder will handle the payment. You can then simply pay them in cash when you receive the delivery. Please note, however, that an additional processing fee of €10 applies for parcel and freight forwarding shipments.
Deliveries abroad
We can currently ship orders in our online shop to Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

What happens if there is damage during transport or delivery?
If you notice any damage to the goods, you should report it as soon as possible. We will then of course take care of everything else immediately. Of course, all shipments are insured for their full value.
Complaints
If you notice a defect in a delivered item, you can of course contact us. We will take care of your problem immediately!
It is important that the condition of the goods remains exactly as it was when you discovered the defect. Therefore, please keep the item ready for us in exactly the same condition. When you receive the goods and immediately notice damage to the packaging, please check immediately whether the goods themselves are also damaged. If this is the case, you can either refuse to accept the goods or have the carrier confirm the damage to the packaging and the goods in writing. You can also contact us by phone while the carrier is still present. We will then be happy to take care of the problem immediately. Please note : Interim product improvements, color deviations in wood and slight changes in construction or design are not considered defects. 14-day exchange and return policy
Buy without risk! Take a look at our products at home for 14 days without obligation. If you don't like them, you can return the unused product and exchange it for another one if you wish. Otherwise, you will get your money back.
§ 1 Right of withdrawal
You can revoke your contractual declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or - if the item is given to you before the deadline - by returning the item. The deadline begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before the purchase contract has become binding for you through your approval of the purchased item and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations in accordance with Section 312c Paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code in conjunction with Section 1 Paragraphs 1, 2 and 4 of the German Civil Code Information Ordinance and our obligations in accordance with Section 312e Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 of the German Civil Code.

§ 2 Consequences of revocation
In the event of an effective cancellation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) must be surrendered. If you are unable to return the service received in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to pay us compensation for the loss in value. This does not apply to the surrender of items if the deterioration of the item is solely due to its inspection - as would have been possible for you in a store, for example. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for any deterioration caused by the intended use of the item by not using the item as if it were your own property and refraining from doing anything that impairs its value. Items that can be sent by parcel must be returned at our expense and risk. Items that cannot be sent by parcel will be picked up from you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, the period begins when you send your cancellation notice or the item, and for us when we receive it.

Please use the goods receipt/return slip for your return. As a buyer, you are not obliged to give reasons, but we would still like to ask you to note the reason for the cancellation on the goods receipt/return slip that is enclosed with your delivery.
We recommend keeping the shipping packaging for at least 4 weeks to protect the items
