If something goes wrong - we are there for you!
The warranty on the items in our range is 24 months, as required by law in Germany. To ensure that complaints are processed as quickly and smoothly as possible, we ask you to observe the following points:
Request a complaint online
In order for us to fully document the complaint and clarify the matter with our suppliers as quickly as possible, we require the complaint in writing.
Digital photos speed up the process
Photos of the defect in the product help us and our producers to get a quicker picture of the situation. It is best to send 2 photos: a detailed photo and a photo showing the product as a whole. The photos should show the damage well, but should also not overload our mailbox, so we ask you not to exceed a file size of 500KB. We can best process files in .jpg format.
Fast and unbureaucratic solution
After receiving the complaint with the photos, we immediately contact the respective supplier and discuss the complaint with them. In most cases, the supplier sends missing or damaged parts directly to the customer. In very rare cases, the entire product needs to be replaced, which in the case of bulky products is delivered to you by a furniture removal company. In this case, we deliver the new product and take the defective product back with us.
What do I do if the packaging is damaged upon delivery?
If your shipment is damaged during transport, we would ask you to accept it anyway. Important: Make sure to note the damage on the delivery note/delivery receipt or the shipping company's hand scanner before you sign. Without this note, we can only provide replacements for damages against payment, as we cannot hold our shipping company responsible.
It is also a good idea to take a photo of the damaged boxes before opening them. Often only the outer packaging is damaged, but your goods themselves are intact. If there is cause for complaint, we usually only have to replace individual components, so that you can keep the functional parts.
